It can be so easy to take on responsibilities that are not ours and blame ourselves for things that were out of our control. In therapy, my hope is to offer a space to hear your story and move at a pace that feels safe for you.

I am open to working with individuals and partnerships, folx of all races, genders, orientations, and identities, while recognizing that my positionality informs how I see the world.

I am a cisgendered, white, able-bodied, third-generation Russian and Ukrainian American male. I work relationally, somatically, psychodynamically, and fold in elements of CBT and DBT during times of acute stress. Ultimately, I believe this work is about finding home, a place of ease and comfort inside ourselves, and being able to share that experience with those around us.

I earned an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
